Buyer is expected to inspect JPPlus product upon receipt. Claims for shortages or damage resulting from shipping should be addressed to the carrier at the time of delivery.

Claims for shortages or defective product from JPPlus should be addressed to a JPPlus Customer Service Representative at service@jpplus.com or 800-869-7800. Buyer is understood to have unconditionally accepted JPPlus product (5) days after shipment is received.

The JPPlus product limited warranty begins upon receipt of the shipment from the Buyer.
