How do I get the best output on non-finished wood?

To get the best output on non-finished wood, prime the area to be imaged to with the clear ink. To lay down the maximum volume of clear, change the resolution up to 2880 or 5760. Additionally, you may need to print the color image at a lower resolution; i.e. 1440 x 1440 dpi. Print two passes and drop down the Max Ink level around 50 units. If the ink is still bleeding into the grain of the wood, change the print option from bi-directional to uni-directional and it will help stop the colored inks from absorbing into the wood.
