Most orders are shipped within 24 hours and delivered within two business days. However, there are factors (such as distance from shipping location and weather) that can impact delivery.

Once and order has shipped your account will be updated with the shippers tracking number. When logged in to your jpplus.com account, you can select the "My Orders and Tracking" drop-down under "My Account," or select "My Orders" from the menu on the right-hand side of the screen.

From there, select "View Details" on the order. The tracking number will be displayed at the top of that section. You can click on the tracking number to view full tracking details.
