When will my order be available for pickup?

Customers will receive a separate pickup notice email when an order is ready for pickup. We ask that customers wait until they receive that pickup notice email before heading to our facility. Pickup emails will have a copy of the packing slip attached. When arriving at our facility, please show a copy of the pickup notice email to the attendant.

Orders are available for pick-up during normal business hours, 8am to 5pm local time, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
